HN series Microscopically,the monolithic structure is composed of 5~20 μm fillet with a thickness of 0.1 μm. The hexagonal boron nitride HN is fully crystallized, the specific surface area is small, and the free Boron Oxide is low.
HN series have very thin platelets with medium particle size. lts performance reaches the advanced level of similar products abroad. lt has uniform particle size and good oil absorption ability making it very suitable as additive in loose powder for cosmetic application. Additionally, due to its outstanding lubricating properties similar to graphite but has better high temperature resistance and insulation performance, it is suitable for the application of high temperature lubricants. At the same time, as it has excellent thermal conductivity (TC), it is very suitable as a filler for TC polymer or rubber. And its lower oxygen content (generally <0.5%)is also suitable for
pressing composite boron nitride ceramic products.
